In Which I talk a bit over my clock of christmas celebration and some other topic(s)

Good morning, my friend! How are you, today? How was your week, and so on? As for me, I am okay. The weather is heating up, certainly summer is on its way. I miss the colder days of winter already. There is the good side of the upcoming changing of seasons, though, and that is the fact that this also means therr will be the height of Christmas, soon!

You know, I say height because I do my best to start the season as early as I can. I may try and have a Midmas around June-July. Started this experiment in 2025, and I love the idea, but alas, I did not go too far with it this 2026, because I was a bit sad and stressed out over college bureocracy and other woes, not in the mood, and since it was more optional, I did some image searching on Pinterest and Pexel for some nice wallpapers. As with some places in the world, I am more emphatic on it around September, but Loosely, it depends on my energy levels. It is hard to be on full jolly mood by oneself, it is a season for sharing all the cheer. I do my bestC though.

In October we have some other celebrations I pay nod towards, though more as an observant, we have some carefree halloween events in Brazil, but not much, it is more of a light thing rather than the institution that is in America. On October I also try to do more Christmas stuff, by all means, I call it a christmas month as well. It becomes easier in November, when other celebrations are in order, in America in special, there is the beautiful Thanksgiving. November is one of the most gleeful times, because the summer vacations from school arrive, even if one has no more school, and does not do college, the mood is decidedly one of happiness, relief! And of course, December is the most wonderful time of the year.

It could not be different and even in Summer, and in fact many adore Summertime (I am not one of them), we have a delightful Christmas almost every year. The memories are beautiful, but so is the relief of reaching the end of another year! I always have my stomach sing (in a good way) this time, my brain is more carefree, and I try to both take it easy and do many drawings to highlight the season, if I can. I of course am bothered, annoyed to no enf by those that do the complaint of the malicious concerning the decor, the date, and etc. fortunately, I don't have much contact with those horrid thoughts other less happy people may have. As such, I am having all the best sentiments and never the satirical ones.

I wonder how this year's celebration will be. I hope I can be with grandma for a day or two. I want to be with mom as well, but she is not too fond of Christmas, I am the only one that adores it in my immediate household, alas. In the end, though, I am happy to be of good disposition for the season!

I think this is what I wanted to say, for today. I also wanted to write, and have been desperately been trying to put something, anything, out there, and failing at it. I could of course mention the fact today is the voting day in Brazil, of the second turn of the election, but this is a topic for another post, because I would talk a lot on it and I don't like having a post that extends itself for too long. My commentaries I try to keep brief as I can. Just better to write, easier to read. I will day, I did my voting, I pray and hope Mr. Bolsonaro the Younger may win the bidding. And I hope he wins by a large advantage if possible. I won't celebrate prematurely, I see many on the right taking the good campaign Mr. Bolsonaro run as a proof we will take the leadership of such nation too, I think we must only allow ourselves to breathe a bit when the winner is announced. I still think objectively Mr. Bolsonaro will win, but I am really not for celebrating before the ending comes.

I started a post writing about this, but it was going to be a big, too big, for my mood of anxiety at the time, as such, I will leave this one idea for later, either here on Substack, we'll see. Just happy to see you, my friend! I wish you the best, hope I can sew you again for the next post! It would be sn honor. See you again real soon, wish you the best! Happy new week, cheers!!!
