In Which Winter goes away too soon, and the routine once again, for my joy

Why hello there, sir friend, good morning and happy new week! How was your previous one, and how are you today, on this week that begins? As for me, I am okay, I'd say... after a bit of a positively happy birthday week, even with any sorrow that may have afflicted me, ah, it is what it is, just satisfied in retrospect with the birthday moments! It was low key, but I had a good piece of cheesecake! How is the weather in your side of things? Here, it has been heating up, as if spring arrived earlier. Overall, even with a drier winter, the subtle heat was perceived, as the sweater days are more scarce, and the socks start to spend more time in their drawer. The slippers change, the cushioned one is slowly being lesser used, why the others are more enjoyed, though soon it will be uncomfortable for those as well, and the typical rubber open shoes in japanese fashion will be in full swing again. Ordinary changes, but enough to make me want to write about them, and even to start a new post!

This winter and this birthday was one of comfort, given I got my triangular pillow, and I must say: it was worth every single penny. Even if such small feat sounds trivial, in my daily life, it makes all difference. It is still too soon to worry about the summer, but at least such summer comes followed by my favorite time of year: Christmas. Such a paradox that my least favorite weather season comes with my most favorite holiday season. I can smell the pine trees already, they beinf artificial or not, I don't mind, love them all, and the more stuffed with beautiful garmets the better. The artificial tree is because I live in the heart of the tropical area, alas, but also because I live in an apartment, for better or worse. I wonder how Christmas will be for my grandma. She did settle on her apartment, but I did hear she starts to think of moving again, because the apartment is too far away from her old neighborhood, and for more reasons that I am not fully aware of. Eirher way, I should visit her soon, I love being around her... even if she bothers me to walk and do more exercise, which I am not fond of.

I am still working on the drawing of the building, I hope I can finish it by the end of the month, and preferably sooner than that. I have plans for some more. I also am quite happy to say I indeed have returned to reading more actively! After months stuck in that great but dry book on the triple art of Rhetoric, logic and grammar, I am now loosely passing the pages on some works, see what grabs my attention more. I have plenty on my Kindle device storage, but that can be an obstacle, due to chronic decision paralysis. Again, it is what it is.

I do like having posts to just write about my routine, even if it is repetitive, and I am of course always grateful to you, for stopping by, and staying around for as long as you desire! At times I miss the words to talk on more heavy topics, such as about my own ideas, the nature of beauty, societal collapse due to the spread of evil socialism... it is evil, but also, I want to rest, and though I thought I would not, I really did miss the lesser "important" ones. Like, with games for example, that is a topic I enjoy writing about: I am eagerly awaiting for the next content for Victoria 3, which will be focused on Central Europe, a region that really could use some love. The mod I use is very good, but there is only so much a mod can do. I have been playing Anno 1800, my city is getting quite dense and crowded, so much so I had to turned the graphics of the game down a bit, it was getting too heavy and clunky, I have too many mods there also. The Pharaoh modding team released a new add-on for their community patch, and I hope to add that to my own game soon... with Sims 3, I am in a bit of a rut, given I did much more with this character than what I was wanting to do in the first place, and as such, ran out of new things to explore... I am a bit on the struggling side as to move on from this world and start the next one, if anything. At some point it may happen, but fot now, again, it is what it is.

Before I start the wrapping up cerimony of the blog post, I should mention that even if my search for the first job is agsin going slowly, at least college is quite going okay. Studying statistics this month, which is not that thrilling, but as consolation prize, due to doing this didcipline on another course, I could risk "introduction to scientific research" off my obligations. That is a relief! Good to see the old half-completed courses being useful for something, again, it is what it is!

Now to start the cerimony, I thank you for being here, dear reader, my friend! When I think about it, we have cone a long way with this blog, haven't we? Since June the 8th of 2018... many more years to come, writing is a healthy pastime that I like nurturing. As such, no worries, as I finish this blog post, I shall be back real soon! Hopefully this week will see more than one post! Who knows? Until the next one, I wish you the best! Thank you for being around!! Farewell, see you real soon...
