In Which I don't like April Fools

Good morning, my good friend, dear reader of this post! Happy new month, happy new Wednesday, and say no to April Fools. If I can have a say, on the domain of my boudoir, there is no place, here, for such foul test on one's patience. I have been time and again a victim to such pranks and jokes. As such, no, I do not have any ounce of patience with April Fools. I don't understand why people still engage on such tasteless jokes, it is no longer the late 1990's and early 2000's. I don't think pranks went out of style because of the rise of "woke", but it was coincidental that a bad thing went away while another bad thing gained notoriety at similar positions. I am happy that this time of political correctness is drawing to a close, and I say that because the supposed man "behind it all" so to speak, the man that admins BlackRock, said something of the sort in a recent interview. At some point, the losses become too big to ignore, and the bad outcome again and again stops looking like an accident and starts being seen as what it is: self-destruction. I am happy we in reality still have on the places we live still a bitty bit of free marker left, otherwise we would spiral in the carrousel of unspeakable horrors that were the Soviet Union and the China of the communists.

Thank God that nature herself spoke out against such bad policies, by the way. Imagine if they could have gone forth. The landscape of the entertainment world, the arts and crafts world, even some areas of medicine and the sciences, those all were decimated by woke. The A-Pop-Calypse, that I mentioned last year as being a phenomenon where, starting in Hollywood, the bad consequences of what was done caught up to everyone involved, did expand to all areas, did it not?  I did write on the permian event, but I was contained on my analysis to Disney and Videogames. The permian miasma, that one that decimated almost all life on the planet some million years ago, echoes in our time, to the world of culture. Small creatures that dig their homes in dirt and earth, those will survive, for at least some more years, while the specialized and giants will be either hit to be gone forever, or have their populations reduced to the dozens. It is a bit overwhelming to see it and as such, I have not mentioned it as much in my humble publication the past weeks. I am but an amateur writer, that journals about my own life and what catches my attention as a hobby. The role of chronist of doom does not appeal to me.

I hope I can work on some drawing at some point. After the huge edifice I drew, I have been taking it easy. Buildings can take a lot out of my energy, and when I work on those enterprises, I must tread carefully, as not to have what happeend with writing stories on my end. I wrote such a intricate fanfic in 2019, for the birthday of my blog, that still I have not entirely recovered. I do not envy those that do such work as profession. I myself can't do it even in the least of pressures. And even concerning journaling! I have topics that come ro my mind from time to time, and alas, most of those do not get developed, as I cannot organize my thoughts in any way to satisfy me, nor that I can even take out of my brain.

Before I go, I want to wish you a happy Easter! It is a special season, I am very fond of such holiday, though its tining in the calendar is not the most happy. Not exactly sure why, any celebration from the first semester for me does not have the sane weight of the second one. Must be on tbe ground of me having August as my birthday, Christmas being my beloved time of year, as well as having before such time the thanksgiving celebration that I do pay heed, and Halloween, which I more or less pay heed too. Easter is a bit out of my own holiday circuit, so to speak. There is also the corn season in my country, specially in my area, which I am more fond of. Still, Easter is nice, I love the chocolates, I love the bunnies and the eggs, and there is the importance of Passover for the Jews and the ressurection of Christ for the Christians. With my sincere wishes said, time to move to the wrap up.

I am quite sleepy right now. Though it does not come all at once when I am doing something else, I can write a single letter on the screen and my eyes start growing heavy, and at times I can't even control my hands, theu just tremble as if my body would be protesting against being awake. It is odd but it is what it is. Quite infuriating, really, but it is what it is. Ah, in any case, I wish you the best, hope you have been okay, and I see you again real soon, hopefully for next post, that I pray it can be out before next week! Farewell!
