In Which I Love Chocolates and Easter Bunnies and Specially in the Easter Season

Good afternoon, my good friend, reader of this post! How are you? How have you been over the past few days? I hope you may have a nice weekend! As for me, I am okay. Tuesday I had the therapy session for the psichoneurological exam, I still need to sort the internship issue, and also need to draw blood for my doctor appointment. On another note, I have not drawn much since finishing that big project I trust I mention another time, but I did work on a piece that satisfied me! Hopefully will do more before the end of March, but we'll see. As for the weather, I am please to say that the past two days or so have been more on the fresh side, thanks to the rain. I wonder if it can be kept until June, when the temperature will decidedly shift towards lesser heat. I am of course not holding my breath, autumn is volatile. Such variation means flu season is ongoing.  Before many of us noticed, we reached the end of March! To be fair, this time of year does not, in my opinion, passes as fast ...

In which we talk about Alice in Wonderland!

Hello everyone and happy Saturday! It's so nice to be here sharing this new post with you, always something that makes me happy. Sometimes it's hard to write, and I talked before about reducing the schedule, and college is back, but for now I'm keeping the 4 posts per week thing, as far as I can! How are you today?? How are things going??? As usual, I wish you the best!!
Can't believe I'm reaching the 2 decade mark tomorrow! Wow, I'll be turning 20... In the 18th century, that would make me a lucky lad! Even between the nobility, people would die much younger than that, behing the whigs, the art, and the words, it was a grimm reality! Many diseases, few medications available, ignorance and all that! I love the 18th century, but I love living in the AMAZING 21st century much more, I wouldn't trade that for any fancy coat in the world! Anyway, I'm so excited for tomorrow!
Okay, but enough of me talking about my birthday, today I wanted to share with you guys a movie that I watched recently and that I fell in love with, already watched it 3 times and counting! If you read the title you probably already guessed it! ALICE IN WONDERLAND!!!!!! Important to say, THE ORIGINAL ONE, NOT THE 2010 VERSION, I'M NEVER SURE WHAT TO THINK ABOUT THAT ONE (great aesthetics, amazing cast, Tim Burton, but also bad DUMB script, a plot boring to death, and I hate what they did to most of the characters (it used to be one of my favorite movies though)).

This is one of the movies that I thought before about watching, and that was it. I have a lot of films in this category, even though, like I said, I watched the 2010 version of Alice (that has little to do with the original Lewis Carroll's book) and I also watched the 2016 continuation of it, BUT I never have seen the 1951 version. I was thinking about this movie a lot recently, and finally, in the end of last month, I said enough. I searched for it and was determined to see it FINALLY! And was one of the best things I did this year so far, I read the book Alice in Wonderland lots of times since 2014, and the movie is as good as the book! The story on how the daydreamy Alice got bored in a history lesson taught by her sister and ends up in a colorful fantastic-nightmarrish-but-also-charming-and-silly land, her wonderland, is absolutely superb! All the characters are odd and full of life, and the whole thing is expontaneous and proudly nonesensical, and thank Goodness for that! It doesn't justify itself, it's just a amazing story for the sake of being an amazing story! I'm no strange to Alice, she and her story have been an inspiration for me, voluntarily and unvoluntarily for a long time now, I always have dreamed of escaping this world to a fantastic one, in which everything that makes sense will stop making sense, and what doesn't make sense will make sense! Many of my personal stories, the ones I manage to finish, are like that too, I couldnt recommend it enough! The aesthetics of it is so beautiful, it's so beautifully executed, the songs are great, and it's so charming as well! I'm absolutely in love with the Cheshire cat, and I do like the Queen of Hearts too, though she could use a chill pill, and of course I love the white rabbit and also I love Alice, I identify too much with her, as I said, I too have my head in the clouds!
In the end, it's good I have my head in the clouds, otherwise I wouldn't even have this blog to begin with!
I'll definitely write more about Alice and his Wonderland in the near future, it's too good to just one post! As for today, I think this is it! I'm so happy to have you here, dear reader! You're the very best and you know it, don't try to deny it! See you next time, and a very merry unbirthday to you!!!
