In Which I pay Another Tribute to Lady Thatcher

Good morning, my friend, dear reader of this present post! I do rejoice to be here and to see you. Happy Wednesday! How are you, this new day? How has the week been? I hope your Easter was a pleasant one, all the moments of joy and fulfillment. As for me, I am okay. A day at a time, this Tuesday was one of rest and wrapping up concerning my neuropsychological evaluation. I pray that I may receive the results soon. God knows what they will reveal, I certainly don't know. I thought they were going to do some reading of my brain using machines and x-rays, turns out it was not applied here. We will see what the professional will accuse next session, hopefully due by next week.  In the anniversary of her passing, I want to again take opportunity to pay tribute to Lady Thatcher, my favorite historical personality, my favorite prime minister, the lady that got so close to encapsulate all my ideas and put them into practice. Ah, Margaret, could as well have been the last hurrah of Britania...

Sketch of the week! In which we meet Pierre Shelton!

Hello everyone!! Happy Wednesday/Thursday to you!! Wish you a good night and hope you had a good day! It's quite late for a post right? I usually write earlier, but anyway, here I am, and so glad to be here! And how are you? How are things going? I do wish things were great today, as I already told you guys, I'm afraid I repeat myself sometimes while writing, that's something I usually do, but also, I do wish you good!
My day was calm and I managed to watch The Voice, which is my favorite show, and today I saw some amazing performances and also got to see my Uncle Blakie and Uncle Adam, so that's great! (they're not really my uncles, just to let this clear). College was tiring but fine, I think I had a productive day, so that's good! Just one day at a time, one hour at a time, I think I might have some good moments and I always try to be ready for them, so that's something. And now, enough with the small talk, let's have our sketch of the week! Meet Pierre Shelton!

Born out of nowhere in the late weeks of September, he was part of an experimentation series I'm doing because of Halloween season! He has strong eyebags, his skin is scared pale and his nose is red, the shadings got more proeminent and the characters are always scared by something, or maybe they're scared by nature, this is definitely the case with Pierre.
This shy fan of Country music and nice clothes, with his blue hair, is never sure on what say to people, he feels he always says the wrong thing, so he's always with his nervous expression on. Despite living the urban life, Country music is his refuge, and he's constantly listening to his idols, such as Tammy Wynette, Linda Ronstadt, Hank Williams, and, of course, Blake Shelton. Country gives him the courage he needs to just get up his bed and live on with his day. That's our boy today, Pierre Shelton!
Most of my sketches are born nameless and with no character in mind, and I just slowly go assemble them, trying to give them a nice story and a soul. A friend helped me with his name, he said he looked like a Pierre. I knew he was shy though, when he appeared in front of me, so I wanted to make a pun with the word "shy". Nothing came to my mind, until I realize Shelton would be a nice addiction to his name. Here we have it, Pierre Shelton! I'm so happy to have people that gives me this suggestions too, I do like my friends and the people I talk to, they're really nice!
So, Pierre is what we have for today, in this very late post! If you're here, reading this, you're the very best, and I'm so grateful for your presence! Wish you a great night indeed, and see you on the next post, hopefully!
