In Which we have Another July 4th to Start another month! Happy Independence Day!

Good morning, my friend, dear reader of this post! Of course, first of all, happy July 4th! Specially to my american friends, but to any friend to freedom anywhere, a day to look up towards, a day to observe, keep in mind! I did write on social media a small message as to celebrate such moment, it is one tradition I have for a while. The message is as follows: This is an image vaguely inspired in a painting of the Rockfeller Center on their traditional Christmas tree and ice skate moment. I could not find a good quality image of that painting to share it here, not enough for social media, so I did have AI to the rescue. I just wanted something uplifting to share on such eventful July 4th, the day that represents America's independence from the British Empire. I say eventful because these are days where the cultural fight against the evil miasma of neomarxism advances on a million different directions, with such fog and speed as to being hard to see where this would take America and...

In Which we have a shiny Christmas Eve!

Hello and good morning, everyone! Happy Christmas eve! We are almost at the grand day many are waiting for since the last one went away (at least I am), it is a day of joy and telling your friends how much they mean to you! A day to spend with them, and with family! I am not the most Christian person around, but this is all because some many centuries ago, at the time August was Caesar, and Herodes was king in Judea, a baby was born, that children was gifted with intelligence and perception, and wisdom that went beyond its years, and it grew to represent a whole idea within the many in Judaism, that rich amazing religion that is as old as Egypt and Mesopotamia! It is fun that many in their own religion didn't like him at all, specially the ones that were close to his thoughts. A group of jews believed that the messiah would be a conquering warrior to save Israel from the hands of the pagans. Some Jews were more rational and didn't believe God would interfere in mundane affairs. Some Jews just didn't care, some were pagans themselves, and some ended up touched and following the words of that man, named Jesus, that they call it Jesus of Nazareh. That man that performed miracles and touched many with its words of redemption and love and mutual respect, that were, some say, the next logical step in the Mosaic laws, some say were a simplification, some said it was blasphemy. The Jewish society was a very rich one. At the end, many pharisee (the ones that shared many characteristics with the followers of Jesus but not at all also), that were also powerful in society, got threatened by such man. How dare they call him son of God? How dare they listen to him, and ignore many of us? No, this isn't right, the Caesar must know about this, the state shall punish him! Because many saw in Jesus what they wanted to see, the man got in much trouble. The Romans were very worried about a rebellion in Judea, though they weren't as concerned with the figure of Jesus. Pilates, a roman governor, even tried to save him from the furious crowd of its opposers, and failed. Many like to paint the Romans as the villains, the truth is there aren't necessarily villains or heroes on this tale, just some people of the same kind as Jesus that got angry at him and used the power of the state (represented by the romans) to execute him in the most humiliating way possible. Jesus got cruxified and mocked, but some, romans included, could see that man was special. Some days after his departure, some faithful followers of the messiah said he was alive still! And the rest is History.

Jesus prevailed, but its rivals paved their way into doom, and condemned many jews to much pain for centuries. By foolishly revolting against the Romans, they were heavily punished by them. Unfortunately the survivors of the following war had to flee. Where they went, they brought their words, their knowledge, their rich culture, and their desire to prevail and to serve God. And with some, also, the words of Jesus carried away. Not anymore a branch of Judaism, his teachings became a thing of its own, they were calling it Christianity, or something of the sort. In the future, this way of life, this new religion, would anger the Caesars themselves, those vain humans. Because of their foolish socialist measures, such as the never ceasing coinage of money, that ruined the economy and fragilized the empire, and that caused a whole chain of reactions that led to so much chaos, the romans did not lived much more than the revoltees they crushed in Israel. The enemies of Jesus perished on their own foolishness, and yet he lived, through his words, and the believers say he won over death, resurrecting and ascending towards heaven. It is an amazing story, wether you believe in His words or not. It is amazing, and mind blowing, and for that I say, Merry Christmas, dear reader of this post! Even if you don't celebrate such happening, just accept my wishes, interpret them as me wishing you joy! And with that, I wrap up this post!

But no worries! I'll be back with more random thoughts and words pretty pretty soon, maybe even tomorrow, though I can't promise! Merry Christmas again! And I appreciate you more than I can say, for you just to aknowledging my existence! God bless you, and may this mean to you: I wish you the best of fortune in life and may everything you do be with wisdom, as wisdom is the cure for foolishness, the same that ended Rome and the revolting Zealots. Important to say, many times foolishness is the path towards wisdom, and we may err many many times, sometimes the same error over and over again, but may it make you wiser and happier. Or, just to sums up: God bless you.
