Good afternoon, dear friend, reader of this post! Happy Friday! How are you, today? I am okay, I'd say, the weather has been amene, which is rare to say, given I live in a tropical landscape. God bless winter, it is my favorite season. Apart from that, yesterday I went to see my dear Psychiatrist, dr. Francis, and it was a very positive appointment. I am fond of Dr. Francis and we talked about many things that contributed to my treatment of chronic OCD, and my mild but still requiring attention autism diagnosis. He prescribed me a medication to aid on my current wave of, what it turned to be, depression. The improvement over my mood has been, on the first day anyway, quite positive! I am much more disposed than I was yesterday. I can at least have the desire to do things again. Whatever chemical imbalance that could have been causing woes in my mood and how to respond to it, that has been mitigated, it is a positive move! Cheers for that and my gratitude to Dr. Francis.
