In Which we have the nostalgia for the wrong year, and hope for Venezuela finally

Good morning, sir, happy Saturday, madame, jolly readers of this present post! All of you a dear friend in potential! How are you? As for me, I am tired but okay. A bit battered, true, I eat and feel no relieve of hungry feeling, maybe I need something more substancial, and we do have food here today, thankfully! It is the beginning of the month, and as such, mom did the groceries, I did some purchases of light snacks for myself. I am aware that some moments due to logistical issues, or sometimes lack of funds, we are out of our refreshments, but today is not one of those. So, my current lack of nourishment is just myself not wanting to cook, not right now. Even if this affects my mood, there is much to celebrate actually. On the third day of the year, Venezuela has finally reason to rejoice. The misdeeds of the demon dictador Maduro finally came to haunt him, as Trump, taking back the heeds of foreign affairs from the inaction of Biden, has arrested such bad and communist and evil (to...

In which we talk about some Uber Adventures!

Happy Wednesday everyone! Good evening! How are you today and how are things going? As usual, I wish you the best and hope all is well! How is the weather where you are? Here it is extremely hot, like Oh my God, so so hot! Summer is coming fast, poor Springtime, it doesn't feel like it at all, like I always say is such a shame there is no winter in Christmas where I live, only summer, Oh dear Summer... Well, yesterday and today were quite interesting, yesterday I started my graphic design course, and I also bought a new game: Anno 1800, a game that I loved a lot so far, having played 8 hours since yesterday night! And what's more: took me forever to load the game into my computer! It is a very very VERY heavy game in so many aspects, 26.35GB in total! Basically the whole day was me waiting the game to be installed in the computer! Wow! How tragic! But it wasnt that bad, as I went to have my first graphic design class the same day, was pretty cool, I'm one step at a time learning how to use Corel Draw! A very nice Software, or at least I think so, either way, I was in some adventures this week, let me tell you! But first a picture of Sunflowers!

I do love Sunflowers, the real ones, artificial ones like these ones, they are wonderful! Anyways, I lived some adventures with some ubers recently!
This first let me tell you, I went to the doctor to validate an exam I gotta do, and I forgot one of the documents at home, so basically I had to return home to get it, return to the doctor, and then return home, if this doesn't sound complicated enough, I live like miles away from the doctor's office, the road to there is filled with traffic that can get stuck just like that, and this is where the adventure comes, I traveled with this Uber driver back home to get the documents, and then back to the doctor to finally validate my consult. And here where the adventure comes again, because I thought it was gonna take just a bit, and told the man to wait for me, the poor guy waited for 21 minutes! As it took forever for the validation to actually happen! But he waited, and for that I'm grateful, and I paid a fortune of Uber that day, this Monday I mean, which sucks, but I use Uber a lot so anyway.
And today another adventure similar to that one, but shorter hopefully, also funnier, my phone is with no internet data for the month, and first I ordered the Uber, and then I forgot to tell the app I was heading towards home after the procedure, it didn't occur to me that the procedure wouldn't take long to be completed and it would be better to return to the same driver, anyway, I talked to the man, asking him if there was WiFi at the car, which it hadnt, but he told me we could figure a price coming back home, okay so there we went, the issue was the man needed to go to the bathroom! It didn't become a problem until we were getting there, when he told me, even talked about going to the gas station, anyway, and when we reached the doctor's office we could see quite a traffic down the street, bad sign. But in the end things went okay, he could use the bathroom at the doctor's office, I managed to get my exam authorized at last, all nice and swift, and back to home went I!
The exam is done now by the way, I slept there at the doctors, with that dreadful gel in my hair, wired to the bed like Frankenstein, oh dear me, but I survived, even if I missed Therapy today, and what's more, the journey to the office yesterday night was pretty cool, went talking to the driver and listening to George Ezra at the stereo of the car!
Well, I know this is all ordinary, but those small moments spark some vitality in me and I had to share it with you guys! And like something Pam Beesly said: There is extraordinary in ordinary things, I think she said something like that, anyways, thank you so much for being here, dear reader, you are the best! See you soon on another post!!!!!!!
