In Which We talk of Books and the rush to the grocery market

Hello, my good friend, and reader of this present post!! Happy Thursday! How are you today? How have you been? As for me, I am okay, though also feeling odd. Finished for the second time the audiobook of Human Action, the economic treatise by Ludwig von Mises. I feel accomplished and even if it was quite a big work by Mises, having 60 something hours, and around 1000 pages, as I once again listened at my own pace, and as I am very fond of his prose and am taken entirely by most of his ideas, only not quite subscribing to some fringe details here and there, it was nothing but a pleasure! A great and pleasant intellectual milestone on the journey of intellect. One that I went through before, but gladly doing it again. I only wish more people could take time to get themselves acquainted to this giant economist, the greatest knight of classical liberalism and common sense. If this is not the truth in its entirety, it is definitely close to it, or rather pointing towards it. Of course, one ...

In Which I have the delicate balance between Forcing writing and Not Writing at all...

Good morning, my friend, dear reader of this post!!! How are you today? How was your weekend overall? As for me, I am okay... finally got a new case and screen film for the phone. I was in need of both of those... even with my financial situation being sort of a mess, I managed to sort that out, so that is good. I got a teal case, and it looks marvelous. I also am thinking a bit about what would be my plans for my birthday of 2024? Could this be the time for finally getting an iPad, so I can learn digital art? Only time will tell. I think my iPhone still has a year or two extra in it... As for a job, which is still a very remote option for me, I wouldnt be sure even how to get a job. I don't know how is the process for that, what is the procedure, and so on. It is frustrating.

Not many games for me in Thursday morning, alas, for I was at the house of grandma, for some breakfast and lunch. It was nice to visit grandma after a week where she was away on a trip to the beach. Back at home, then, and I drank some coffee so I may do some gaming in the afternoon. As I already finished my college lessons for today, I may also keep on reading the book I am reading, maybe some drawing is in order?

I ended up returning to grandma's house, for we are short on food at home, and here I may as well enjoy more abundance on that end. Again, finished my lessons, I really hope I can return to the book on Maria Theresa at some point. I am also listening to an audiobook, I trust I mentioned it before? It is about Babylon, the mesopotamians. Quite a good book so far, I am happy with it, indeed. I hope I can play some more games as the day goes, I have some in mind, like Anno or Empire Earth II. I did the Prussian campaign just now, finishing yet another chapter. Ah, I also reinstalled Civ 6. A friend made me want to return to it... I hope I can draw, I have one or two ideas in mind, but none of the drive to put it on paper, yet, not now, specially when I am sore from sitting down for too long.

What else is there to be said, today? At this precise moment, I can't think of anything else, alas. Maybe would be a nice time to wrap today's post, least of all you may suffer from boredom... When should I return? Hopefully as soon as I can! Hopefully by Sunday, and then on the next week to write some more! I don't like when I don't write much on the blog. One less post invites less publications and lesser publications. Even if it is a hobby.

So, see you again real soon! Hope your rest of the day goes fine! Thank you once again, and I wish you the best!
