In Which One has a moment of pettiness
Good morning, my good friend, dear reader of this post! I am happy to see you, I have no reason not to, any kindly person willing to be here is such a blessing! How are you, this week? I hope your last one went nice overall, if possible. As for me, I am tired. Okay, I suppose, but overall, tired. At least the weather has been lovely, in the morning it was so cloudy and cold, it could as well have been still the evening. I don't know why so tired... It is not like I am not having enough sleep. Maybe it is just anxiety and stress, maybe caused by my intake of coffee? Not sure. Ah, I like coffee, though, it is wonderful to have it while using the computer. It is true, though, that I feel my mind racing at moments, electrified in a bad way, which makes reading harder than usual, as focus is compromised.
Have I mentioned the new Victoria 3 DLC that came out the other day? The Charter of Commerce extra content for this game that I play a lot overall has been extremely well received, much more than one would expect. Not only that, but the new patch update for the game, 1.9, has revitalized this title yet again. I will not say this game was saved because it never needed saving in the first place. Ah, it was a title that was received with mixed feelings by many, true, and has been this way ever since, but it doesn't mean it was bad, just that it wasn't consolidated entirely. That is what 1.9 did, it consolidated Victoria 3 as an established title, it tipped the balanced from mixed to finally a positive, not to me, that was a supporter since the uncertain first days, but to many others. Now, there are the cynical people that would say the game was bad, that it was in alpha stage, that Paradox should jusr abandon it and move on. I will not condemn these people because even that kind of slander has its uses, but as for myself personally, man I hate that kind of behavior and attitude. It always hurts when it goes for a game you actually appreciate.
This painfully reminds me of my perenial condition as a conservatarian. While the rivals, the socialists, seem to always get a free pass to do and say whatever they so desire, and it is usually a thing they abuse to no end, I in my position cannot use one word out of place and I will be condemned to the highest extent, and at minimal be forced to explain myself in hostile terms. This is a post-modern weapon the demons use to corner the "marketplace of ideas" so to speak, so they can next close it and burn it to the ground. You know what is fun, about burning this "marketplace of ideas", it is the fact this destructive fire spreads to all other things, and this fire of deep and savage destruction won't stop, even they can't control it, and when you see it, humanity is gone. It is unfortunately something that never fails to happen. This was the evil force that caused Habana to become as in ruins as old Pompeii, except they didn't need s volcano to erupt for that to happen. It is what caused Venezuela to die and fall on the floor and for its corpse to rot.
You know, I remember when I was a kid, I was already submitted to what now I can see were veritable struggle sessions of the Maoist nature. If I dared to say I liked European costumes and music, I'd be called a "colonizer", if I would unforgivably declare that one should dress appropriately, and one should be condemned if would walk naked, I'd be called the most foul things. I remember. One remembers, because a child doesn't really understand what happens. Somehow, the bullies do, though. Bullies are not stupid, but they are brutal, and they use their knowledge of psychological torture for the most evil means, because when a hurricane of destruction, which a kid can absolutely be, finds it has more power than previously stated, it is very hard to contain it. So, kids throw tantrums that ruin airplane trips, they bully their more innocent fellows, and they lie, they spread havoc. It is not always that bleak, but believe me, it can happen, it happened to me.
If I take this text to AI, so I can chat with someone about it, I can already read what it would say "no, don't call then demons, that is divisive!". I do desire to be divise here, though. No, if I can shut the door on them in one place, at least let me have it on my blog, as not even in my own workstation I have the liberty of catalysm. Ah, it is not that one cannot read, cannot be here, but he will be called a demon, because that is what he is. Or at least his soul is hijacked. I, of course, forgive them, and I pray that the bad things in their head may go away, everyone deserves healing, and no socialist has a healthy mind. Let me say it, please, let me have this moment. Call a thing by what it is: not healthy, sick, broken. Many are, of course, in different places of a brain, because there are a million things that can go wrong in one's head. A monarchist can be broken, too, a conservatarian like me can be broken, but we are not the same as the socialist, because this person, if he is in full faculty, can weaponize the shattered pieces of his mind like a broken bottle can be used to maim.
So... at least for a moment, let me rest my head. Let me sleep, for as long as I desire, let me call them sick, and ask them to leave me be. To leave us like me live without shame, without guilt, without hurting, menacing, kicking and trying to make perish. I know, dear friend, I know the blog went once again on a lesser jolly direction with this post, but let me have this moment, just to vent my lament and frustration and woe, and then I can go on with my day. I hope the next entry may be more positive, but this one is as it is here. I am grateful for your patience, God bless you, and I wish you the best! Next time, when I return to this publication, let it be more jolly, and carefree, should the Lord desire it to be this way. But for today, no, it is not an occasion for gaiety. Next time perhaps, not today.
