Hello everyone!! Happy Monday to you!! Yes, another week is starting, and may this be a good one! My last week wasn't good, and I have to say I don't have a strong feeling of joy over this one, our mood is something hard to control, but life can very well surprise us in a lot of good ways, and you just got to keep on living and try to stay with the best mindset possible! Even though, because of my last week, I don't feel too excited about this one, I still feel things can be really nice! I really think things may improve, and I may have good moments, I think this can very well happen as well! I want to make some more sketches, keep on living the prologue of my Halloween and Christmas season, just keep on talking with my good friends. I need to start reading The Wizard of Oz once and for all. I already read this book like four times, it's one of my favorites, and I should do a post on the book and also one on L. Frank Baum, because he's remarkable!
I've been thinking on do a post on some of my favorite historic personalities, such as Marie Antoinette and Catherine II, because those are absolutely mind blowing human beings with mind blowing lifes! They are my rockstone and inspiration! I have to think of some stuff first... like, oh they're historic personalities, ew history, ew I don't want to see this, I know, history can be boring.
Well, guys, please trust me, their lifes are amazing, how can I convince you that me talking about them won't be boring, that history can be funny and exciting??? It can be even better than fiction and fairy tales! Oh how can I convince you to read this, to see the things as I see? I don't know, but if I do write about them, I'll do my best that in the end you'll see history with a more favorable eyes, or at least this history. The thing is, guys, history is tricky, everything is how you tell the tale, which is something extremely dangerous about this subject too. Those figures know that too well. Marie had her reputation destroyed forever by her many, and extremely dedicated enemies, and Catherine, despite all her achievements, was judged not by how she dedicated herself to try to bring new kind of culture to her country, or by how she brought smallpox vaccines to Russia, but she was judged by her personal life.
Those figures are flawed, those figures have points of view that I disagree entirely, and I'm skeptical of the idea of some powerful leader bringing new culture to the country, sorry Catherine, as much as I respect you, we have different views on government, also, I don't even like the idea of "her country" or anything like that, it's dangerous and terrible in my point of view. I am Stefan Zweig, I have no country. The thing is, I'm not here to talk about their political views or anything like that, gosh I myself hate politics beyond measure, I'm here to talk about their remarkable lifes, but anyway, I probably spent too much time on this topic, this is for another post, let's move on!!!
Also, THE VOICE IS COMING!!! I'm so excited for it! It's my favorite TV show since 2015!
Okay, so as I said, I want to share some sketches I did this month so far! I didn't sketch too much this month so far, this might change, but unfortunately this is too much reliable on my mood, and when I feel exhausted and overwhelmed, I just can't draw anything, and when I do it is bad. I'm not saying I can draw or that I think the stuff I do is good, I'm bad, my drawings are not good, but I do it because I love it, and when I don't love it there's no point in trying. Okay, but the drawings I made so far, I'm trying to try new stuff, even if it's small, like try new ways to color, try new colors for the hair of my characters, try new kinds of building, new ways of drawing vegetation! Those are my favorite topics! Of course, nothing too, for now, I'd only try something more professional if I was having drawing lessons, something I intend on having in the future (I already do have drawing lessons, but it's for architecture, it's techinical, it's not for my amusement), for now I'm starting to appreciate a lot trying stuff empirically and with a Naïve art approach. Of course, I still want cartoony stuff, and one day I'll feel comfortable drawing full body characters, and maybe one day they'll move and interact with the world.. for now I'm only mostly drawing faces, and I love doing them so much! Okay, this post is getting too long, so let's see some of the sketches!

Well, those sketches is what I have to offer to you, dear reader, today! Or at least so far, I might be doing an extra post later on, after college, when I get home! I can't promise anything though. Well, this was a long post, I'm extremely sorry it got longer than it should, you must be so bored, if you're still here...
