Hello dear reader! Hope you are having a good day, and I wish you the best, of course! How is the weather where you are? Here it is hot but well fortunately I got a fan, unfortunately if I move distant to the fan it gets very uncomfortable really fast haha, it is a drama, let me tell you that, the sky is blue, no clouds in it, those days make me happy to be in an unexposed place. I'm thinking about my plants, I should water them next week if I may, I think the last time I gave them water was at January 2nd if I'm not mistaken, I used to give them water weekly but some of them were dying because of it, so here we go on our new routine! I also need some glasses as well, not asap as I was gonna type, but in the future new glasses would be nice indeed, as I can see with them much better than without them. I have a couple of fake glasses I use when I stream cause they're cute, they have a teddy bear in them, it is so beautiful I cry everytime I see it! Okay I don't cry, but you guys get me, it is cute, and I love how cute it is! But those glasses won't solve my astigmatism at all, as they don't have lenses in them, unfortunately, well changing subjects, I have a beautiful scenario to share with you guys! Let's jump into it before I talk too much haha! Let's resume our conversation after this:
This beautiful set was made for the 1909 opera The Golden Cockerel, by an artist named Ivan Bilibin, and I believe I already wrote about him here at the blog, a while ago, he was a fan of the slavic style, making his art a strong representation of it, he had a very busy life after the October Revolution in Russia, but eventually he returned to the country, only to die there in 1942, when St. Petersburg was being sacked by Nazi Germany, which is a shockingly tragic end for someone who made so many beautiful pieces of art! I woke up at like 6AM today, but I only really got up of bed at like 10AM, only to return to it, getting up again at 12AM for lunch and returning to it until almost now... This is my day so far! And this amazing art and my not so amazing day is what I have to offer to you today dear reader, you are incredible and thank you ever so much for being here, means a lot! See you next time on the next post hopefully!
