In Which Lovely Rainy days not always translate into good days

Good evening, dear friend, reader of the present post of the Divagation store! How are you, today? How was your past week, and how did this one began for you? How is the weather? So many questions! As for me, the weather has been lovely for the most part, I have not a reason to complain on that department, except perhaps it is raining less than I'd prefer, but it is what it is. I can still enjoy my sock collection, my sweaters as well, I count my blessings! As for me, I am okay, this Monday I went to the supermarket and had the time of my life. I went there to buy a thermic water bottle for daily use, given they were offering a decent model for a very reasonable price, I could not miss the opportunity. I had some extra pennies to spare, given grandma was as kind as ever, God bless her, so I also got myself some food for the day. And indeed, for the day, most of it is gone by now, alas. Still, was nice to go there and do things, see people, you know, breathe the air conditioning, se...

In Which we have the Bombin with Glasses!

Hello everyone! Good morning and happy Friday to you! How are you today and how are things going? I wish you the best and hope all is fine! How is the weather where you are? Here it's raining! How awesome is it? Lots and lots of Rain, in fact, even if yesterday started out as a very very hot day, it ended with a storm worthy of movies, with so many thunders the whole building trembled, yes, it was that traumatizing, lights went down twice, the internet went down with it, and all of it happened in the middle of my stream, who in the end was cut short by it, look at this adventure, dear reader, and despair! Apart from that, the stream was a major success, and made me willing to stream more, before that, I spent pretty much a couple of weeks without touching Streamlabs, if you can believe me, a lot of insecurities and anxiety were involved into it, all of it faded yesterday due to the immense support I received yesterday from my dear friends who came by the transmission! What a joy. I plan on going live again today starting between 5-6PM, or those are the plans, I do hope they work out well, maybe I'll go live earlier than that. Anyway, I made a small drawing today and I really wanted to share it with you guys! So let's jump into it, shall we?

So there we have it! A bombin with glasses! Those were inspired by my friend Joey aka CommanderScooby. It all started with a very vague idea I had when Joey was talking about getting a new icon, he wanted something more related to space, but I went ahead and did something with a more steampunk twist, even if it wasn't my intention to do something on that direction. Well, I liked the doodle I did on my small ideas notebook and transfered it to paper, as you can see above! This is the doodle that started it all!

I found the picture to be quite appealing if I do say so myself! So even if the idea for the icon is probably not the ideal one, I turned it into a drawing that made me happy! This is the process that my sketches go usually, an idea turns into a doodle that turns into a complete drawing. I tried drawing more stuff but just could not... so I guess this is it for today, at least for now. God, I'm happy I managed to write this post on my blog as well! And I hope to write more in the future, including one post to comment my Story of Joey and the time! Well, but for today this is it! Thank you so much for being here, dear reader! Maybe I'll see you next time as well, and I hope next time is soon! Let us see how it goes! Much happiness to you always
