In Which poor Writing Tropes can sour one's soul

Good morning, my friend, dear reader of this post, and how happy I am to see you, on this Wednesday. How have you been? I always try my best to keep a semblance of writing rhythm when it comes to this journal-blog and so on, but at times it is hard to organize my thoughts. At times it is just sidetracking issues, my mind drift someplace else. So, as always, accept my gratitude for being here, I never take it for granted! Hope your day is okay. As for my own, the past few days were not a disaster! In fact, I think I am fine enogh, for the most part. I think the tropes of writing are very damaging when someone thinks they can be applied to real life, as well. Just picture this: at times, specially for the least for the less imaginative, a story to keep going, when things are alright for the protagonist, the writer, unknown invisible force on the story, throw things at this happiness to ruin it, so the point can get across. It is cheesy in a narrative to have such rhythm. But it gets even...

In Which I talk about some of my pet peeves!

Good morning, friend! Happy Monday and I wish you the best! On the last couple of episodes of my life, I went to the house of grandma in hopes of helping my aunt with her Instagram stuff (more about Instagram later on the post), but it didn't go as I was planning, we just did some brainstorm, nothing came out of the paper, which is perfectly fine. I'll soon be moving to my new place, on the 22nd, if nothing bad happens, and I pray that it doesn't happen. It was supposed to be tomorrow, but my mom will take my cousin to the doctor with my other aunt. I will also finish my current module on school, and start a new one, and in college, my grades went fine overall! Except for one discipline, but it's because the teacher is dumb. Well, speaking of the online world. We should talk a bit about some pet peeves of mine.

One of the things that really annoys me is opening Instagram on impulse, it already starts there, and even worse, seeing all that barfing of info straight to my face. It used to be a cute social media for nice pics, I remember when it was unpretentious... I have no problem with people selling products, specially if I follow shops and brands, odds are it will happen, but when people beg you to get the stuff, when they call themselves "content creators" or "influencers", when they get on their knees pathetically asking you to see the post, like it, save it, send to a friend, well, I hate it! I hate those ads! I hate the promoted posts, and stuff! I have no problem with the algorithm, in the sense that at least it shows me what I want to see, for the most part, but, I don't know, people desperate to "hack" into it, like they rely on it to feed their families, like the step mother of Cinder-Ella, sending her daughters to dance with the prince, it's humiliating, the world of social media and publicity makes them look petty! I hate that, I hate the virtue signaling, the "please share this with your friends" like they're online beggars, like they rely on that to feed their families of falling aristocrats, or peasants wannabe patricians. You guys know how much I love the free market capitalism system, how much respect I have for empresarios, people that start business and so on, and I do believe the costumer is always right, that being said, ads are annoying as hell, and they don't have to be! I don't know, it's something I see a lot on brazilian stuff, that desperation, no self respect. And by that I don't mean, what some other stupid leftists think, that we should have palm trees instead of christmas trees and that we should not absorb what comes from foreign places, I like this variety on Brazil, how fast people embrace some trends, though that can go horribly wrong, like some wise man said "when an ideology gets old and frail it moves to Brazil", I don't know, I just hate the whole statism spectre so much, branching from the left, the socialism, the communism, the social democracy, and so on, to even the right, the moralist right that wants a tax on coke for example, on that they look so much like their rivals, on the left, it's because at the end of the day they are both on the left, the right, in my vision, would be the people that just want to be left alone, of course, everyone has their own look on left and right, some say the true battle is the state against the individual, the collective against the person, I also subscribe to that... In any case, I left one subject to other so fast!... I will probably write more about this in the future, this is just me venting... anyway, thank you so much for reading this, dear reader of this post! I hope to see you again real soon. I don't know if I'll be on my current bedroom when I write another post, I may be on my new one! But well, let's hope for a peaceful week!
