In Which one tries to summarize thoughts while tired and exhausted

Hello, and good evening, my excellent friend, reader of this post! How are you, this Wednesday-Thursday? How is the weather? Here, it is fortunately moving fast to full winter, how wonderful is that? Apart from the relief of having more fresh days, I have been a bit out of sorts? Just, take yesterday as an example: it was not entirely unproductive, but I dreaded many moments. My favorite pastime, gaming, seemed to have forsaken me once again, for some reason. I cannot find joy into any title I choose, if I choose any at all. The more I doubt which one will I play, the more I am filled with the desire to not do so. I feel unwell because apart from that, what will I do on my free time? Writing does not take me much time. Neither does drawing. Perhaps I should try to craft something tomorrow? If I so desire, something related to my out of season christmas moment? I don't know what is the point. I am tired, I have no fixed income and as such my credit card debt grows exponentially. I t...

In Which I try out (not so) new games!

Hello everyone and good morning! How are you today? How is the week going? I wish you the best! How is the weather? Here, it varies between hot and "cold", I say it like that because what is cold for me isn't cold for you, who is on the Northern Hemisphere or the South of Brazil (and if you are on the tropics as well, like, next to the freaking Equator line you know what I'm talking about). I'm progressing on my SketchUp classes, and SketchUp is quite fun to mess around in! I'm not too sure how I'd use it in my life, but the knowledge is there, and I'm enjoying to "play" on this modeling software. Speaking of Software, this bring us to streaming, and about streaming...

My friend Hue streamed yesterday after a year off! He was one of the inspirations of why I stream, and one of the people I had in mind when I thought about people that I'd love could hang out with me, so it was quite a bummer when he decided to stop. I definitely understand though, Twitch, streaming in general, though I refer more strongly to Twitch because my dislike towards youtube and other platforms is stronger, is quite the drain, in fact, I haven't streamed in two-three weeks. No, unlike my dear friend Hue, I haven't given up on it altogether, just need some time off. Anyway, was great to hang out with Hue yesterday, we talked about life and about college and stuff, I couldn't stay till the end of his stream because I was tired and wanted to sleep, but the beauty of streaming is that you don't need to stay the whole stream in, unlike what Instagram wants you to do, just saying a hello and stopping by for a few moments is enough for most streamers, the ones you want to have as friends, the ones you would like to have in your life. The others are garbage. Speaking of streams, this brings us to games, and about games...

I've been playing a lot of Europa Universalis recently, and also Crusader Kings 3, both are Paradox Games that are quite tricky to learn! CK3 is expensive, and so is EU4, for one, I managed to get it, though I'm still paying the credit card bill, the other I just signed for getting access to the content of the game I haven't access to, all 99 content packs they released, overwhelming! As for learning, I read some on the game, but I decided to just play it and gain know-how as I go. It's been an adventure, specially for EU4, which is kinda like civ, but not really! I was playing with Portugal, and for a fourth try, I went quite okay, I gathered much needed ducats (the currency of the game), have colonies in all the continents, and raised to the World Power status (though on the 8th-7th place). The early game is all about patience, as usually early games are all about rhythm and one step at a time. Late game is tough! I'm facing lots of rebelions (rebellions?) being fulled by the english revolution of 1740, spreading its destructive waves through the world just like the real life french revolution of 1783-1792 did, quite the catastrophe. As for CK3, I haven't touched it much, though I should, considering the value I paid for it! But anyway, I have my whole life ahead of me, so I shouldn't worry much. Anyway, well, the post is getting long! You guys know I don't enjoy when this happens, so let's wrap things up and keep the convo going next blog day, hopefully pretty soon! Until then, love yall!
